What we collect, and where it lives.
The free reference and the free check need no account. We collect an email only when you buy or sign in.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Pages are served by Cloudflare. Saved work and accounts are held in Supabase in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest and in transit. Payments are handled by Stripe. Sign-in and receipt mail go through SendGrid. Those four are the only processors. Saved work is kept until you delete it or close the account. Support opens a saved record only at your request.
What the free check does with your answers
Nothing leaves the browser. The check reads a static file and computes the result in the page. We do not store the answers, the result or the fact that you ran it.
What we collect when you buy
Stripe collects the email you give at checkout and the payment details. We receive the email, the plan and the payment status, not your card number. The account is created from that email so you can download the kit and manage the watch.
Cookies
We set an anonymous identifier and, after sign-in, a session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy or deletion of your account data at support@theartofservice.com. Cancelling the watch stops the alert; deleting the account removes the saved record.
Changes
If a processor or a location changes, this page changes on the same day and the record date on the site changes with it.
