What the kit is not
It is not a legal opinion, a certification, an audit or a representation that a particular flow complies. It is the Act turned into a register with the evidence a regulator may ask for, so your team can do the work and your lawyers can review it faster.
Why the watch exists
The Act leaves several details to regulations, including the information and times in section 48E and the prescribed kinds of contract in section 48C. The watch checks the official text and the record, and emails the diff when something changes. It does not sell the Act, which is free.
The rules this is built from
Nothing here is invented. The site reads the official Act, section by section, and points to the provision behind each answer.
